Orange, melon, vine tomato, almond and butterscotch.
Description
This coffee is a blend of small lots from coffee producers in the San Ignacio district of Huarangi. It was grown at high altitude, giving it a complex flavour profile. The coffee is handpicked, processed and dried on the farm. As the lots are so small, they are blended according to flavour to create a coffee that represents the local terroir.
