This coffee was grown using traditional organic methods by third generation coffee grower Ibrahim Hussien.

The farm is located in the Limu Kussu region of Ethiopia.

The coffee is shade grown by native trees, and selectively hand picked when the cherries are perfectly ripe. The cherries are sun dried for 9-11 days before being washed.

Ibrahim Hussien believes in putting community first, and has built a medical centre and school on his farms for the benefit of his workers.
