Coffee beans perfect for filter brewing

We love filter brewing, using either a simple ceramic dripper or a pretty glass V60 for our daily drip brew. Filter brewing produces a really clean taste, particularly so with a Chemex which uses thicker filter papers and so it is best for complex, fruity brews with the filter helping those subtle flavours to shine.
