Storing your Roasting House coffee

Your coffee is freshly roasted to order and is placed in brown paper packaging. We use this packaging as part of our environmental commitment. To store your coffee we recommend you transfer to an airtight reusable container, ideally glass.

For whole bean coffee, it is best to keep  the beans in their paper packaging for 4 days after roasting to allow the beans to de-gas.

For ground coffee, we recommend you transfer the coffee as soon as possible to preserve the freshness of the coffee.
