Description

The student will receive 250 freshly roasted coffee each fortnight between September 2025 and June 2026 with pauses during Christmas and Easter when typically there is a break (we’re happy to amend dates as every university is different).Using Royal Mail 24 hour tracked our 250g bags are packed to fit through a standard letterbox (so no picking up from post office) and arrive soon after roasting.

How it works:

• The first order will be scheduled to arrive on or around Tuesday 30th September 2025 and then every fortnight until and including 9th December (six deliveries).
• It will restart again in the new year for the Spring Term until Easter (Easter Monday is 6th April in 2026) with deliveries on 6th January 2026 to and including 31st March 2025 (seven deliveries).
• Restarting for the summer term including the exam period between early May to mid-June (three deliveries).

Easy amendments

We are happy to amend deliveries because the above schedule is a typical year and designed to not have packages arrive when students are not there. We also appreciate the exact address may not currently be known so just use the billing address for now and all you have to do is email us coffee@roastinghouse.co.uk or log on to make changes.

The student subscription is 15% cheaper than the pay-as-you-go option. There is no need to prove you’re a student or anything, this is open to all, so if non-students decide this schedule fits their lifestyle, go for it. They will also receive all the benefits of our coffee club of 25% extra coffee with all additional coffee beans they may wish to purchase. We can also include a gift note by using the notes in the checkout.
