Price range: £13.00 through £42.00
Forest Berries, banoffee pie, caramel, dark chocolate.
Description
Grown by Estevan, Maria and their two children at their farm Da Lagoa in Carmo da Cachoeira. The farm has been passed down through generations of Estevan’s family.
They grow using sustainable coffee practices including integrated pest management that uses biological control of pests such as encouraging predator species and minimally harmful targeted ways of dealing with pests rather than broadly spraying with pesticides. They also use organic mineral fertilisers, renewable energy, and protect areas of their land for wildlife conservation.
