We offer free UK delivery on all orders. In Nottingham, Sheffield, and Rotherham we mostly deliver by bicycle or ULEV vehicle , although we may occasionally post to you depending on our schedule. For other UK deliveries we use Royal Mail First Class.
Packaging
We use home compostable bags made from wood pulp to package our coffee. These bags offer greater protection for the coffee than paper and also have a lower carbon footprint.
The labels and paper tape are also compostable.
For postage, we use letterbox sized paper envelopes for individual bags and sometimes 2 bags if they fit, for larger packages we use a recycled card box. These packages do not fit in a letterbox but you can add delivery information to your order at checkout if you’d like to specify a safe space to leave your package if you’re not in.
