Description
Norman Mukuru is a partner of The Coffee Gardens, a project set up to support Ugandan coffee farmers in reaching coffee roasters around the world. The growers are based in the foothills of Mount Elgon. Norman set up The Coffee Yard as a partner to The Coffee Gardens to provide a processing and drying facility for natural process coffees.
This coffee was decaffeinated using the sparkling water process in which coffee beans are soaked in water and natural carbon dioxide. It is a gentle, organic method which removes the caffeine while leaving the taste and aroma intact so you get to enjoy better tasting decaffeinated coffee.
