Description
This coffee was grown at the Tullu Demtu farm in Sidamo and processed at the Gamcho washing stationed owned by Tadesse, where he works alongside his Bekelech Burka and their nine children. Tadesse is known for the extra care he takes in acquiring high quality coffee cherries and in their sorting, processing, and drying. He also provides training to the farmers he works with to help them improve the quality of their coffee and establishing nursery sites to nurture new plants. He provides quality and supply based incentives to encourage the best quality coffee for his washing station.
